Dr. Lim Seng Boon
Dr. Lim Seng Boon is a Senior Lecturer in the Program of Urban and Regional Planning, College of Built Environment, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Perak, Malaysia. He holds a PhD in smart city development from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia. Recently he has been appointed by Standards Malaysia/Plan Malaysia as one of the national committee members in drafting the smart cities and communities-related standards. He published widely in WoS/ Scopus journals relating to topics such as sustainable smart cities, e-government, citizen participation etc.

Mohd Khairun Nizam Bin Mohd Sarmin
Mohd Khairun Nizam Bin Mohd Sarmin is a renowned researcher and expert in the field of power systems. He is currently serving as the Head of Power System at TNB Research, a leading organization that focuses on the development and implementation of innovative solutions for the energy industry.
Mohd Khairun Nizam received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia in 2010 and went on to pursue for a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering at Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Malaysia. He has been working in the power systems industry for 12 years, and has gathered extensive experience in the field of power system stability and control, modern energy management system, smart grid, renewable energy, and energy storage systems.
Throughout his career, Mohd Khairun Nizam has made significant contributions to the field of power systems and has published numerous research papers and articles in prestigious journals and conferences. His work focuses on developing innovative solutions that address the challenges faced by the energy industry, such as the integration of renewable energy sources, the efficient management of energy systems, and the development of smart grid technologies. His passion for advancing the field, combined with his technical knowledge and leadership skills have earned him recognition and respect within the industry.
